We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Plant Health Care & Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in trees, turf, and the outdoor environment.

You’ll play a key role in our plant health care and lawn care division, performing a wide range of services, including:

• Lawn care applications (fertilization, weed, and insect control)
• Tree and shrub inspections, diagnosis, and treatment
• Plant health care treatments (sprays, injections, soil amendments)
• Mosquito and tick control applications
• Air spading, sampling, and root zone work
• Recordkeeping and digital reporting
• Routine equipment maintenance and inventory
• Maintain safe and clean pesticide storage areas
• Deliver excellent service and build relationships with clients

• Experience preferred – but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude
• Degree in horticulture, arboriculture, or related field a plus
• Strong plant, tree, and pest identification skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• NJ Pesticide Applicator License (Core, 3A, 3B, 8B) preferred—or willingness to obtain
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or on a crew
• Comfortable with physical work outdoors in varying conditions
